Having lived all over the world and traveled for business and pleasure, he has cultivated his style around a mix of eclectic flavors, most notably his passion and creativity for Cajun-Creole cuisine. His years of running a line as well as being a master of the martial arts and former fighter, has lead him to be dedicated to whatever craft he puts his mine and skill set to. From being awarded 1st Place in the Nevada Taste of America Challenge, winning the 2018 Back Of The House Brawl and a Top-25 place in the World Food Championships in 2016, to being a Top-25 contestant on Gordon Ramsay's MasterChef on FOX and recurring segments on the Las Vegas news scene, Will has touched the lives of millions with his flavors and flair. With his experience of a wide variety of cultures and food, Will has been a featured chef for 5-star restaurants like Honey Salt and Andiron, as well as being asked to write several articles for nationwide publications and interview requests.

Aside from owning his own catering and consulting company, along with his own line of products, apparel and a soon to be released cookbook, Will is at the helm as on of the star chefs bringing awareness to the Las Vegas Valley school district through various programs such as Create-A-Change-Now which promotes healthy eating lifestyles, and ThreeSquare, Southern Nevada's Only food bank seeking to put an end to hunger in his state. His efforts and collaborations have even extended as far as New York City where he will once again be participating in the 2018 NYC Wine & Food Fest which also promotes putting an end to childhood hunger.
