Joel Myers is the Chef De Cuisine at Osteria Fiorella. Originally from Charlottesville, VA, he started his journey with Chef Marc Vetri in 2015 as a cook at Vetri Cucina in Philadelphia. When Marc presented the opportunity to open a new restaurant in Las Vegas, he packed up his car and made his way out west. On his days off, he loves to spend time on Spring Mountain Road eating noodles.
