Executive Chef Mimmo Ferraro


The son of Gino, Mimmo Ferraro took over the kitchen operations in 2003, upon his graduation from the California Culinary Academy and study in Italy.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Mimmo has a lifetime of knowledge in the business, having grown up in a family that has owned restaurants for decades. Following graduation from the culinary academy and business management coursework at UNLV, Mimmo studied in Tuscany, under Davide Mazzuoli at the LaGrotta Ristorante, who is among Italy’s best-known chefs.
