Bringing the traditional Italian flavor to the Las Vegas Wine and Food Festival, Lavo’s Executive Chef Massimiliano Campanari will have one pasta dish that will get everyone into an Italian state of mind.
Before you roll your eyes at the idea of the stereotypical spaghetti or lasagna Italian pasta dish, know that what Campanari has in store is quite a bit more distinctive than the traditional standbys. Campanari will be highlighting a house made Ricotta Cavatelli with Sausage Bolognese and Herbs Oil.
“It’s a very very traditional Italian pasta. It’s a perfect pasta for a nice glass of red wine,” said Campanari. “We’re going to go there with this and make sure everybody is ready to have fun, have a great time, have great food and everybody knows about Lavo and what Lavo can do with food.”
