It’s a dinning favorite and a restaurant highlight and for attendees at the Las Vegas Wine and Food Festival, it’s exactly what they can expect from Chef David Sacco of The Capital Grille.

“We wanted to make sure and feature a dish that is one of the more popular dishes that we serve,” Sacco said.

The Capital Grille’s menu favorite is a lightly sautéed prosciutto wrapped mozzarella which is accompanied by a cherry tomato salad with fresh basil with a dressing of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic.

“It’s one of our signature dishes and is something we can easily execute in a big setting like that and still deliver a top quality product that wont alter from what you would order here in the restaurant,” said Sacco. “We’re excited to be part of the local community in an event that allows us to appeal to our local guests, get our name exposed and show locals that coming down to the strip for dinner is not what they perceive.”
