Chef Brandon Grady was born and raised in Saratoga Springs, New York and graduated from Culinary School at SUNY Delhi. Shortly after graduation, he moved to Las Vegas and became a professional Ice Sculptor before becoming Sous Chef at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in 2013. Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Town Square opened on January 17, 2014. After one year, Brandon became the Executive Sous Chef. After two and a half years as a Sous Chef, Brandon was promoted to Chef Partner/Executive Chef.
