Executive Chef Jonathan Clary

Jonathan Clary was born and raised to his loving parents, Ron and Ruth Anne Clary, in Columbia, South Carolina. He first started working as a dishwasher at the age of 19 at a local vegetarian restaurant.  From there, he proceeded to a sauté chef at a local Italian restaurant.  His career eventually moved him to the west coast, where he started working as an on the road, Sous Chef trainer for Macaroni Grill, for three and a half years. 

In 2004, Jonathan made his introduction to Mastro’s as Sous Chef at the North Scottsdale location, in Arizona. In 2010 he moved from Arizona with his wife and son, to become Executive Sous Chef at the Las Vegas location.

He has recently been promoted to Executive Chef, which was his ultimate goal. Jonathan is an enthusiastic chef, who enjoys his job, and loves learning new kitchen skills. In his free time, he enjoys being a loving husband and a devoted father to his children.
